Refund Not Possible:
At YG SoundLab, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our customers. However, refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
1. Rejection of songs due to quality issues, copyright infringement, or any other reasons beyond our control.
2. Inclusion of copyrighted material or violation of legal regulations within the released content.
3. Instances where errors such as incorrect metadata or copyright artwork are identified; in such cases, corrections to the release will be facilitated instead of refunds.
Refund Possible:
We value the satisfaction of our customers and will consider refunds under the following circumstances:
1. Errors attributed to YG SoundLab’s end.
2. Incorrect charges or technical glitches during the transaction process.
Pricing Details:
Our pricing structure includes a nominal fee of Rs 99 per Track along with a 10% royalty charge. and Rs 999 per Year along with a 5% royalty charge.
Refund Amount:
– Refunds for transactions made via UPI will be reimbursed in full, comprising 100% of the transaction amount.
– For transactions made using Cards, a refund amounting to 80% of the transaction value will be issued.
Refund Processing Timeline:
Upon receipt of a refund request, we commit to processing the refund within 5-10 working days from the date of request initiation.
Refund Initiation Timeframe:
Customers can request a refund within 2 hours of the transaction, we will initiate the refund process promptly. This applies regardless of the reason for the refund request.

To initiate a refund, kindly reach out to our dedicated customer support team at support@ygsoundlab.in. Please ensure to provide detailed information regarding the reason for the refund request along with any necessary transaction details such as the Transaction Number or UTC Number.
Policy Changes:
YG SoundLab retains the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any given time without prior notification. Any alterations will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.
